Work within videos can vary wildly.

Let us help capture your family, family history or lifetime events with purpose!

Our goal is to help simplify the process so we can help you make this your best day!

Step 1. identify your project

Here are some general guidelines to help you in determining your project.

  • Is your project Short or Long Form? Short Form is 10 minutes or less).

  • Do you have general materials to provide us or are we shooting them with you (or for you)?

  • When do you need the finished product? (timeline from first payment to second-look review is at least two weeks)

  • celebrations of life

Step 2. contact us

We’ll meet with you on Zoom for a 20-minute complimentary consultation to answer initial questions you may have and learn the basics about your Project.

Step 3. 60-minute deep dive

We’ll meet in person to go over your project in depth.

  • During this meeting, we’ll plan a schedule and identify pricing to match your need.

  • If you have elements to provide us (videos, photos, etc) - be ready for us to review them at this time

  • If we are generating the media needed for your story - we’ll discuss logistics at this time

  • Contract with payment schedule will be sent to you within 24 hours for signature based on our discussion.

  • Event Fee plus 50% of editing day rate is due before our Shoot Day and/or Initial Assembly Begins

General Pricing

  • $400 event fee / hour

  • $900 editing day rate (2-day minimum)

Step 4. shoot day / initial assembly begins

All media will be imported and assembled within Adobe Premiere for an initial timeline review

  • materials will be edited for pacing and timing

  • initial sound design or music will be added in

Step 5. first-look feedback

Depending upon complexity, one week later this will be available for an in-person review

Step 6. changes are implemented

Your notes will be implemented over the course of a week.

Step 7. second-look review

Your notes have been addressed, we will have the final product ready for you to review!

Step 8. final payment

The video has been approved, an invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours

Step 9. deliver

once payment is received we will deliver the video to you within 24 hours
